What is Xanitra?

Xanitra is the leading underground techno (music) band in Trondheim / Norway. We say this because we know so. But don't fret yourself over
this. Trondheim is not a big city. It is the third biggest city in Norway, yes, but on the other hand Norway is not a big country.
Xanitra is a one man project, but on the cover you'll always find the main person with his two friends, or with in other occasions with other people.
This should not be mistaken however. Xanitra is, and will always be, a one man group.

 
 

Why should I consider buying one of their CD's?

This is a delicate question, and should be answered in different ways. We of course, want to make as much money out of this as we possibly can.
But we are not a business. Xanitra, is as far as from today just hobby based. So there is no form of expected profit table involved here. We don't use any sellers tricks to get you to buy our material, nor do we commercialize ourselves very much. So if you've come here, it's either blind luck, or you'r a fan of ours directed
to us through our main site mp3.com/xanitra

So why the heck should you buy one or more of our CD's? Well, if you have heard our music through mp3.com or other sites, you know what to expect.
Underground techno inspired by the slums, people, and sites of our hometown Trondheim. So, in short: Expect a mixture of abstract ambient themes, to
beats inspired from the hardcore scenes in scandinavia which originally came from Rotterdam in the Netherlands. Our newest tunes can be previewed
on our main site and, before you buy a chosen CD, you will be taken to a preview page were you can listen to all songs. So there really is no risk.

So, finally: You should consider buying the CD's because you'll get great music, it's safe, and you'll be supporting Xanitra (us) in the process.

 
 
 

What forms of payment do you accept?

All payments must happen via credit card. We are sorry for the inconvinience this may cause, but money orders are als too risky. You may believe otherwise,
but it has been proven that credit card orders are safer than the longer money or mail orders. All major credit cards are accepted.

 
 

Is my credit card number and information and ID secure?

mp3.com which we use is the leading name in unsigned artists. So, mp3.com had to have a HUGE security engine, which could encrypt
each order. This cost a lot of money, but mp3.com had to have it since mp3.com is the most successful music site on the net.
So..
Yes. Everything you rype in the fields for ordering our merchandise will never be seen by others than yourself.
All information is encrypypted before it is sent out. So expect that it may take some time to take an order even with the fastest connection available.
Your credit card information, and everything else that you used when ordering our merchandise will be deleted from record after use, and will only be
used for payment purposes. It is advised though, that if you are using a computer used by others, you should make sure that the program you are using
doesn't automaticly save card numbers for later use. Consult a computer expert on how to deal with this problem.

 
 

How much will it cost me?

The CD prices we have here, are in avarage 6.50$ plus shipment. The reason it being so cheap is because there are a lot of taxes, norms, and general
commercializing fees for getting a CD to the store. Since you are ordering this CD directly of the factory, we cut out these costs. Smart huh?

 
 

How long does it take for the CD to arrive?

That depends on were you live in the world. It takes 14 days to make the CD if we don't have it in stock, and it takes a maxiumum of 7 days for the CD
to arrive at your place. So that means you'll never see a situation were a CD is sent to you later than 21 days after purchase.

 
 

Is the quality any good?

Our oldest material does have some flaws in quality. This is hardly noticed in the tunes, but the hissing sound in the background is definetly there.
If the quality is less than expected from a normal quality audio CD, there will be a notice of this on the CD description. It is advisable you read the
CD description before considering any purchace from Xanitra.com
Is it also noteable that, you get the CD which you can play on any CD player also with the songs in mp3 versions. This means that you can add the
songs on your mp3 collection, without too much hassle.

 
 
 

I want to buy a CD to a youngster, is there any profanity or explicit content on the CD's?

Again, if there is any profanity, or other explicit content of any matter on a CD, a song, or portion of a song, there will
be a general listeners warning from buying this CD to youngsters. It is noteable that we seldomly use such type of
content to express ourselves and our music.

 
 
 

I want to perform, change, copy, distribute, or broadcast some of the material on this CD. Can I do that?

No. Although you won't find the CD you've bought in any store anytime soon, ANY content of the CD is the copyright of the
artist (in this case "Xanitra") and the ownership of xanitra.com and mp3.com
You may copy as many copies of the CD for own personal use, but for your own use only.

THAT is the law, now, you may abide by this or not. There is a lot of piracy going on outhere, everybody knows that.
But know this, when you've bought a CD from us, you not only support us, but you aknowledge our work as something you
appreciate and that is also why you bought our album or EP in the first place. This trust is our work, sent to you for a little
money, knowing that we haven't sent our CD which we had a hard time making to the wrong hands.

With that said, if you are discovered performing, changing, copying, distributing, or broadcasting any of the material on the
disk, even just to commercialize for Xanitra, without our "ok." You may be prosecuted by mp3.com, and taken to court without notice.
